invited to test Decathlon's MarketPlace.

Like other European MarketPlaces, Decathlon is based on the Mirakl platform, so far the decision is smart more and more users are used to using this platform. While in our view, Mirakl could innovate more in terms of the tools it presents to users for catalog management.

Decathlon presents its customers through the same BackOffice, access to other markets (Spain, France, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, UK and Switzerland),
but be careful that each market can accept or not have our products in catalog.

In our case the process of authorization to enter other markets was quite fast, on the first day we had the articles of our client online, they were authorized to enter the Spanish and French market.

The immersion process is presented at first sight as being a bit complex, we are sent a sheet to load products, which is already built with the various languages where Decathlon operates. Then there are situations in which in some fields we must put the information in Portuguese, in others in English…. But nothing that is not easily exceeded, because customer support is excellent and are always available to help in any matter.

It is another excellent solution for those who work in the online sports equipment market.
